By accessing or using Synclyst.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. About SyncLyst

SyncLyst AI provides a software-as-a-service platform that uses artificial intelligence to generate product listings from photos and sync them to e-commerce platforms including Shopify, Etsy, eBay, and TikTok Shop.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract to use SyncLyst. By using the service, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@synclyst.app if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: upload images that are illegal, infringe third-party intellectual property, or violate any applicable laws. You agree not to attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or resell any part of SyncLyst. You agree not to use the platform to generate listings for counterfeit or prohibited goods.

5. Credits and Billing

SyncLyst operates on a credit-based model. Free accounts receive 5 scans total. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. All fees are non-refundable unless required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

6. Platform Integrations

SyncLyst connects to third-party platforms via their official APIs. We are not responsible for changes to third-party APIs, platform policy changes, or downtime on connected platforms. Continued availability of integrations is not guaranteed.

7. AI-Generated Content

Listings generated by SyncLyst are produced by artificial intelligence. You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before publishing. We make no guarantee that generated titles, descriptions, or tags are accurate, complete, or compliant with any platform's requirements.

8. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all photos and product data you upload. By using SyncLyst, you grant us a limited licence to process your content for the purpose of generating listings. We retain ownership of all SyncLyst software, branding, and AI models.

9. Limitation of Liability

SyncLyst is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including lost revenue or data.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of SyncLyst after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
